Helpful Hints:Your Primary E-mail Account is the account that your account is billed by on our system. This was the first email account you created when signing up for our service. It should be something like user@filterfish.net It is not necessary to include the @filterfish.net.
If you do not remember your Password, the only way to retrieve it is by calling technical support toll free at 1-800-607-5115.
